CLASSES begin again

We've scheduled June sessions so far, so check out the all new class line up below...SIGN UP online here...


Learn the art of knotting from the lovely and talented Dari from Papi's Mami fame. We DO love the owls and plant hangers....but macrame can be so much more.... In this class, learn the artful techniques of knot making...belts, bags, jewels, headbands, they're all at your fingertips!!! Materials provided, just bring your imagination...
SUNDAY JUNE 3rd, 2-5 pm : $40


The art of creating designs and patterns by applying fabric on top of fabric is a versatile and fun way to embellish your textile creations. applique works hand-in-hand with embroidery, but gives you lots more coverage and impact with minimal time and effort. In this class we will learn 3 techniques for working with knits, wovens and felt. All supplies included.



Do you hoard broken necklaces and single earrings? Have a junk drawer full of gems just waiting to sparkle in another life? In just one two hour session you’ll learn how to string and clasp necklaces and bracelets on silk and nylon thread. You’ll learn the basics of jump ring usage, as well as chain layering and clasping. All this will be done with cut apart treasures and loose bead findings. We’ll provide the know how and lotsa junk, feel free to bring your own baubles as well.
SUNDAY, JUNE 10TH, 6-8PM : $50 including materials


Did you know that you can do simple textile printing using inexpensive items you can find at the grocery and art supply stores? In this 2-hour workshop you will learn to carve your own stamps out of a variety of materials, and print with them. These techniques can be used to customize clothing, home furnishings, paper goods, and practically anything else you can think of! All supplies included.

p.s. All of our classes take place in the treehouse, sometimes during business hours. Because of this, the classes are kept small so that everyone can participate (usually 4-6 people per class). We suggest signing up as soon as you know you want to take a class because once a class fills up, we'll start a waiting list for the next session.
