Support Dzitnup and it's do-gooder ways!

So you've probably already heard about how much we love Dzitnup, and guess what, we're not alone! We just heard from Nadia of Dzitnup, and well, we'll let her tell you the exciting news:

I just wanted to share some info with you all so that you can spread the word.. A few months ago I applied for a (very) small grant for one of the groups of artisans we work with in Mexico through an organization called Aid to Artisans. We've had a really positive reaction from them, and just heard news that we are going to be awarded the money!! It's not much, but just what we need in order to buy the ladies some new, much-needed equipment.

Now it's just a question of where the $ will be coming from..

There's this really interesting new organization called Project Good (started up by ebay and World of Good), that's creating a website where they'll be selling items that can stand up to the test of answering questions about where they've been made, under what conditions, etc. The end goal is to provide customers with information about products they're buying online, as well as getting fair wages for the people making the beautiful items.

So, they've agreed to donate $1 to our Dzitnup project for every person that signs up to their website this week.. so please spread the word!!

It's free to sign up, and I've been on their mailing list for a few months now.. and I've hardly gotten any mail-- maybe one every 2-3 weeks. And you can always unsubscribe if that bothers you, anyway. Or, just use one of your alternate emails. We all have at least one :)

Ok, that's all. Thanks so much! See below for more info.
I hope you're all well..
Nadia.

So have you signed up yet already?
kisses from the branches,
